Our Probate Administration Practice
We handle all the requirements to take your estate through the probate process, preparing and filing the documents necessary to initiate probate and acting as your advocate in all proceedings with the probate court. We will help you prepare an accounting of the assets of the estate, obtain valuations of property when necessary, and ensure the payment of all final debts and taxes of the estate, including income, estate and gift taxes. Our attorneys will also help you oversee the orderly distribution of the assets of the estate in accordance with the terms of the will.
Our Trust Administration Practice
